Born in Salento (Apulia), I live and work in Bologna where I graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Maestro Pozzati's class. The next step was approaching technology first as an advertising graphic designer and later as a photo post-producer, a job I have been doing for 30 years now working with big brands and multinational companies, professional photographers and communication agencies. I have participated as a lecturer in Photoshop courses and workshops, taught industry professionals and photographers and, for a time, also collaborated with specialized magazines and websites. The completion of my professional figure comes at the moment when I was able to combine technology with art.
Thanks to the profound knowledge and constant use of Photoshop, I create my paintings by painting the subjects entirely on the computer, using one or more photos appropriately manipulated by me to create the backgrounds. My works are created in very high definition. The music that whispers in the viewer's ear the story I want to tell and that inspired each work can be heard in my videos and in the displays of my paintings thanks to QRcode technology.
