1. Description of Products
Our store offers the opportunity to purchase prints of original digital paintings entirely designed and created by Giulio Pedaci (hereafter: the author), made in very high definition and large size.
Each product is made to order and is carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport. Prints are available in various formats of the user's choice, but can also be customized to suit their needs. They are made using professional plotters and inks on certified FineArt papers, canvases or photorealistic papers that guarantee high quality and long life.
Note: Prints are reproductions of original digital paintings and any reproduction is copyright protected. Use of site content is restricted to the purchase and personal use of prints. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of the images and content for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the author is prohibited.
2. Method of Purchase and Prices
Purchases can be made exclusively through our website. The prices of the products are indicated in Euros (transaction without application of VAT, carried out in accordance with Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, l. n. 190 of 2014 as amended by l. n. 208 of 2015 and l. n. 145 of 2018 as amended).
Product prices may vary, but once you place an order, the price you paid will not change unless there are obvious errors in the system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a product is sold at an incorrect price (for example, due to a technical error), we reserve the right to cancel the order or request a correction before shipping.
3. Payments
Payments are handled on our site by the PayPal platform which guarantees high security standards for both parties (seller and buyer). Payments are final and the order is considered completed only after payment authorization and will be processed only after verification of the same.
4. Shipping
Shipping to Italy is free of charge.
Production of prints and their packaging takes 5-10 business days.
Shipping to Italy takes 2-5 business days (timing may vary during periods of high demand, holidays or due to unforeseeable events).
Shipping is via Poste Italiane, which will ensure safe and timely delivery at the recipient's address, at a PuntoPoste (if requested by the recipient) or at a Post Office. The shipment will be traceable and will require a signature from the recipient as confirmation of delivery. We will provide a tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment.
International shipping: before you proceed with your purchase, notify us at info@ritoccando.com of the destination country so we can add it for rate calculation at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The right of withdrawal applies:
- only to consumers (not professionals or businesses);
- only for non-customizable products (e.g., printing in a fixed format);
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply:
- If the product has been damaged or used;
- Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 205/2006: supply of custom-made or clearly customized goods (e.g., customer's choice of printing format, type of paper or other features).
Return procedure: users have the right to return goods within 14 days of delivery without having to provide any reason. Returns will only be accepted for undamaged, unused products in the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, please contact us at info@ritoccando.com to receive return instructions.
Return Costs: the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refund: once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.
6. Damage during shipment
Our products are carefully packaged for protection during shipping. However, should you receive a package that has obvious damage that may have compromised the integrity of the contents, we encourage you to refuse delivery and contact us at info@ritoccando.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. In that case, once we receive the shipment back and ascertain your report, we will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not share your sensitive information with third parties except for legal reasons or to complete the shipping process.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce or distribute any material without the express permission of the rights holder.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our store assumes no liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products purchased. In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our site and will become effective upon posting. We encourage you to check this page regularly to stay up-to-date.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In case of disputes, the competent court will be the Court of Bologna. In case of legal disputes, the purchaser is also entitled to turn to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods before going to court.
